Organising any event requires forward planning, research and endless phone calls. Hiring a band is a huge part and you need to get it right to finish the night on a high. Do you really have the time to phone several different bands, hope that you can get hold of all of them, wait for their promotional material to come through, chase them up, compare their prices, and more and more and more…? Instead, just call us and let us do all the work. Of course, we still ensure that every band booked speaks directly to you before the date of the event to fine tune any details.
We provide quality control
All of our bands have been vetted by the UKs leading band management company (DK Management) so you are guaranteed only the best quality musicians and performers. Our bands do this for a living and so reputation building is paramount. They want your event to be amazing just as much as you. These bands are professional and serious about what they do... they are not part-time pub bands!
We provide security and answers
Sometimes problems arise in this industry. However, this tends to only happen when there is a lack of proper planning and the absence of a legally binding document. Not only do we provide this, but we also ensure our bands have Public Liability Insurance and PAT certificates and we find out the answers to your questions. For example, ‘Can you learn a first dance for this wedding?’ or, ‘How much power does your PA system need?’
We work, so the bands can play!
Bands are made up of musicians, not administrators. They want to perform and we believe in letting them do their job! We want our bands to spend less time form-filling and more time performing at your events and doing what they are best at... making your event memorable!
We make Plan B a part of Plan A!
Musicians are only human and on occasion can fall ill, so you need to have a Plan B. We make Plan B a part of Plan A, by ensuring that you won't be left in the lurch if there's a problem. Our acts have professional deps (deputy musicians) so that you won’t be let down. In addition, because we are a division of Warble Entertainment it means you will have the support of a national agency 24/7.
We have an office that's always manned
Bands spend a lot of time on the road and more often than not are teaching, recording, or practising throughout the day, so it can be very hard to get hold of them! At The Next Stage we ensure that there are always staff present to help you with any questions. Our team of experts will be on hand Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm and on the emergency phone line at the weekends to make sure your party or wedding is a success.

At The Next Stage, we like to say Thank You. If someone you know needs to hire band (or any other entertainment!), you can recommend The Next Stage or Warble Entertainment Agency and be sure that they will be looked after. The lovely part of this is that if your recommendation leads to a booking, we will send you a cheque for £25 as a way of saying Thank You! So, just make sure the person you recommend gives your name at the time of enquiring.
