1. Search for a live band that you like the look of using the navigation tool at the top of the page. 2. View band profiles and listen to audio, look at photos, read about the band's previous experience and read customer feedback. 3. When you have found a band that you like (or, maybe even 2 or 3!) either call us on 0845 519 4559 / 01270 254 455 or email us at info@thenextstage.co.uk or fill in our online enquiry form [Click Here] 4. Provide as much information about your event as possible so we can work out a full quotation for you that includes everything. All of our bands are fully self-contained with PA & Lights. In addition, they all have Public Liability Insurance (PLi) and their equipment has been PAT tested for electrical safety. 5. We will provide a quote if the band is available for your selected date by phone or email (or both if preferred). 6. If you decide you would like to confirm the booking we would then send across a booking contract, which outlines the details of the event along with an invoice for a small deposit (normally approx 15%) of the total fee. The remaining balance is then due to the band 2 weeks before the event date itself. View full terms and conditions. 7. The contract and Invoice should be returned and paid within 7 days. 8. The band is now secured for your date! And, you have one less job to worry about on the road to making sure that your event is perfect! 9. Three weeks before the event the band will contact you directly to fine-tune any last minute details. If you need to speak to them before this then feel free to let us know and they will be more than happy to contact you earlier. 10. Relax, watch your careful planning reach fruition and enjoy yourself! The band will leave both you and your guests with a lasting memory and a fantastic celebration!
